Allied Arts Guild offers lush seasonal gardens, fountains, lovely patios and exquisite interiors. An ideal location for a wedding, reception, or special occassion.

AT&T Park (San Francisco) offers sweeping views of tjhe city and bay, modern amenities, a top rated event management team, and a virtually unlimited array of creative options.

Bay Meadows Racecourse offers several options for meeting space. The spacious Kyne Room accommodates up to 50 persons in a private and quiet setting. There are also various settings for meetings such as the Director’s Room and the Gallery.

Computer History Museum provides fascinating displays and award-winning architecture and is equipped to hold all kinds of meetings, from elegant black-tie galas to colorful theme parties to business meetings. The Museum offers one of two rooms, or the nearly 119,000 square foot facility may be rented.

Cypress Meadows offers spacious, well lit meeting areas with outdoor spaces and fantastic view. Located on nine acres adjacent to the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve, Cypress Meadows is just a thirty minute drive from San Francisco and less than an hour from Silicon Valley. Main meeting room is 1,290 square feet and can accommodate 85 people.

Domenico Wines offers a lovely winery location that will create a lasting impression for your guests. The Tasting Room has an elegance and charm which adds the perfect ambiance to any event. Your guests will be surrounded by French Oak barrels and will feel as if they have been swept away to an Italian winemaking villa.

Elkus Ranch Conference Center is nestled in the rolling hills and canyons five miles south of Half Moon Bay.This 4,400 square-foot educational and day conference facility with a commercial kitchen is available for conferences, off-site meetings, workshops and training.Conference room will accommodate up to 150 people, the boardroom up to 10 guests.

Empress Events offers yacht charters on the spectacular San Francisco Bay. They offer two yacht options accommodating up to 149 people. Empress Events will cater your event and it will be spectacular!

Fox Theatre in Redwood City opened in 1929 and has recently undergone a complete restoration which, while preserving the historic architecture of the building, has installed state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment to make it a perfect venue for any special event. It is ideally suited for concerts, theatrical performances, company meetings, sessions, seminars, product unveilings, movie releases, shows, weddings and special events.The auditorium, including the balcony, has a maximum capacity of 1,460.

GoKart Racer, combine thrills of racing wheel-to-wheel reaching speeds of 35 mph with your next event. Perfect for client entertaining, meetings, team building, and birthday and holiday parties. Exceptional preferred caterers list. Groups of 10-300.

Hiller Aviation Museum offers exhibits highlighting the past, present and future of aviation, this is a truly unique setting for your special event. There are two conference rooms, as well as an atrium and an exhibit gallery. All of the rooms can be used in a combination for most events.

Kohl Mansion, a beautiful Tudor mansion, is available for rental for private functions such as corporate meetings and events, weddings, parties, photo shoots and filming.

La Honda Winery. Transport yourself and your group to this distinctive grand tasting room, bar and club room, art balcony and secluded outdoor patio that provides the ideal setting for corporate events, private parties, and wine and barrel tasting for up to 150 guests.  Wine education programs and a carefully selected preferred vendor list make it effortless to host a unique gathering.  Conveniently located less than 20 minutes south of San Francisco International Airport, just a few blocks from Highway 101 and Woodside Road (Hwy 84).

La Nebbia Winery is located just 15 miles from SFO. Offers groups from 10 to 200 private wine tasting and tours, wine bottling events, or stage a gourmet dinner. Bocce ball courts and picnic facilities make this venue quite unique.

Lifemark Center at Skylawn is situated at the crest of San Mateo County's spectacular coastal range. The new Lifemark Center is a beautiful, multi-use community facility. Nestled into a calming environment with waterfalls and nature preserves, it features highly flexible meeting and banquet space with state of the art audio/visual technology. Holds 50-500 in various settings.

Long Branch Saloon & Farms offers an outdoor covered barbecue, dance area, casino gaming saloon, and full bar with iindoor and outdoor meeting areas. Seating for 200 with outdoor covered areas and heaters. Indoor seating for up to 125.

Menlo College Conference Services offers a wide range of facilities, including classrooms, athletic fields, recreational spaces and open grassy areas perfect for large outdoor activities.

Mercy Center is an international conference, retreat and spirituality center with 11 meeting rooms for groups of four to 150 people, and two dining rooms.

Notre Dame de Namur University offers facilities that accommodate groups from 10 to 576. The campus features a beautiful gymnasium with exercise/weight loft, 500-seat chapel, a 576-seat theatre, full dining and catering service, conference center, two tennis courts, and a recreational swimming pool. Additional facilities include Ralston Hall and Wiegand Art Gallery. The campus' beautifully landscaped gardens and expansive lawns provide wonderful opportunities for outdoor activities or informal gatherings.

Pacific Athletic Club is conveniently located on the Mid-Peninsula. The Club offers a refined, professional and exquisite setting for corporate meetings and seminars, as well as corporate picnics, weddings and social events. Offers exclusive on-site catering and a sizable facility that can accommodate groups and parties up to 400 people.

Quadrus Cafe and Conference Center is nestled on a lushly landscaped hilltop and displays one of the finest private art collections in the country. Only one meeting per room per day. Your meetings run as long as they need to, at no extra charge. A discrete and experienced staff accommodates any size meeting for any length of time.

Ralston Hall, an Italian villa, is a national historic landmark built in the 1860’s. Ralston Hall may be rented for corporate meetings, special events, weddings, filming and photo shoots.

Red & White Fleet offers private and corporate boat charters. Hosting your special event aboard one of Red & White's charming Cruise Boats is the key to a successful party. Our boats are designed for groups of 100 to 300 people and allow for spectacular views of the bay, no matter what time of day your affair will be.

San Mateo County History Museum is a perfectly charming setting whether planning a wedding, a corporate event or a private party.The historic old courthouse is also available for rent at the museum. The landmark building, with its beautiful interior, rotunda, and jewel-like, stained glass dome is a perfect setting for any function.

Seaport Conference Center is a unique 12,000 square foot facility located at the water's edge of the Redwood City Marina. Offers meeting rooms, computer labs, training rooms, breakout rooms, a complimentary business center, cafeteria, and spacious outside decks.

Supperclub San Francisco is an excellent venue for meetings/presentations, group reservations, cocktail receptions, and large scale private events. From a 20 person private dinner to a 450 standing reception, they have the flexibility to accommodate your needs.

Thomas Fogarty Winery and Vineyards reception facility is an ideal spot for corporate conferences, retreats and weddings. Accommodating up to 250 people, the reception building, the tasting room, conference facility, redwood banquet room and covered terrace are each available, depending on your specific requirements.

USS Hornet Museum is a former aircraft carrier. Guest speakers, teambuilding, interactive games, pyrotechnics and air shows can be arranged. Located less than 30 minutes from downtown San Francisco by bus or ferry. The USS Hornet is a National Historical Landmark and is one of the most decorated ships in naval history. It is available for corporate entertaining, trade shows, dances, and a variety of special events. Sit-down dinners can hold up to 3,000 people.

Virginia City Rail Corporation offers a full service private rail charter and is a corporate events production company.
