You Are Hear, SFO’s popular live music program, kicks off its summer schedule with a line-up of musicians presented by the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. In the spirit of the city’s Shanghai Celebration, musicians will perform Chinese music near the Shanghai exhibition in the International Terminal on May 27th and May 28th from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Harpist Naomi Hoffmeyer will perform Chinese folk music on May 27th; and the San Francisco Conservatory String Quartet will perform Chinese folk songs on May 28th. The Peninsula Symphony, a 90-member community orchestra led by Music Director and Conductor Mitchell Sardou Klein, celebrates its 62nd season of providing unique and first-class music to the Bay Area community. Costanoa Kids Camp is a safe, nurturing, fun and outdoor nature-based experience for Costanoa campers age 5-12. This is a great opportunity for kids to play games, learn about some of the local natural history and have an overall great time. Activities include nature walks, tide pooling, plant and animal identification, storytelling, bug hunting, games and arts and crafts. Kids Camp is offered from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend and we take requests for private sessions in the off-season. The cost is $35 per child, which includes snacks.
