Conversations over shared nibbles fill the atmosphere and an energetic musical vibe permeates throughout the space, coaxing passersby to join in the fun. For additional ambiance the digital art wall showcases rotating pieces from local artists, providing an engaging backdrop with a touch of local culture.

Every Friday evening [esc] hosts a weekly culinary event featuring the finest selection of oysters and caviar with a musical backdrop curated by the hotel’s resident DJ. In addition to the evening offerings of tartines, charcuterie and local cheeses, SHUCK. highlights the finest domestically cultivated oysters, ethically produced caviar and selected seafood in the area. Oysters are available in servings of one, three or six and shucked to order with specialty house made sauces while ethically produced caviar is offered by the ounce with traditional accompaniments.
