Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us have been forced to get creative with how we host events. One of those innovations has been the introduction of hybrid events. These types of events have become popular because they are a cost-effective way to host an event, while also allowing more attendees to join from afar.
A hybrid event is a tradeshow, conference, seminar, workshop, or other types of meetings that combine a "live" in-person event with a "virtual" online component. A virtual event is an online event that involves people interacting in a virtual environment on the web, rather than meeting in a physical location.
